CLMI has a fully pledged Intercessory Ministry that is led by one of our devoted ministers, Mary Aongo, who has galvanized a group of devoted men and women to pray for the specific needs of people around the globe. Each week there is a set of prayer item lists where a dedicated time is organized to pray for those items and continuously watching over to see how the prayers are working. We pray for countries, nations, ministries and ministers, individuals, and various special prayer items. We also have a quarterly Intercessory Summit in our calendar year that brings together many intercessors to be equipped to stand in the gap.

Apostle Paul encourages the church and believers to pray for one another, their ministers, leaders, and other specificities. Thus he urges, “I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty” (2 Tim. 2:1-2).
